Newly opened Federal Street Lofts in The Dalles, Oregon. 9 luxury apartments on the second floor of an historic brick building in the downtown core.
Unit 1
Original trim and room numbers were reused from the original 1910 apartments.

Original 4’ wide windows were restored and rehabilitated. Existing brick was repointed and cleaned.

800sf studios with substantial loft areas for storage
Spring Forward
Original building materials and furniture were repurposed in the new interior design. Coiled bedsprings from the 1800’s were used as decoration.
