APOLLO DESIGN STUDIO

Designed for Paul Allen, who wanted to provide Springdale, Utah with food reminiscent of what he ate in New Mexico during the beginnings of what became Microsoft. Known for its green chili sauce the restaurant is an adaptive reuse of a fruit market at the gateway to Zion National Park.

Interior is a mixture of heavy timber frames and simple rustic detailing.

Ample porches provide protection from the Utah summer sunshine.

Generous outdoor seating provided to enjoy expansive views of Zion National Park.
